Outline of Final Research Achievements	The purpose of this study is development of the nursing ethical educational program to contain nursing continuing educational program to raise the ethical sensitivity and ability of ethical reasoning and to build ethical organization climate on psychiatry unit. The program that adopted enhancement approach was ineffective. Because the reflection of nurse did not deepen. Though the program that promoted nurses’ ethical sensitivity and the view of nursing ethic and learned to breed the climate which could practice an ethic of the care was effective.
