Outline of Final Research Achievements	Purpose: To develop a prevention program for occupational mental disease by the nurse manager. Method: Develop of the program involved a) analysis of cases from an occupational mental health disease, b) performing an investigation targeting nurses, c) development of a prevention program, education and evaluation. Result and Conclusion: Result indicated as follows a) nurse manager’s awareness was changed, b) prevention program for occupational mental disease by the nurse manager had an educational effects.
