Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In vivo visualization of drug targets and disease-related molecules is essential for diagnosis and drug efficacy evaluation. To realize that, molecular probe development is a key. We developed novel approaches for the improvement of PET imaging contrast such as urokinase injection-triggered PET probe clearance enhancement system. These results could shorten the time required to obtain sufficient contrast and decrease patient radiation exposure.
