Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study proposes service diffusion model adopting multi-agent based modeling for consumers and creating artificial market since interaction networks where each consumer obtains information of target services or products plays important role to clarify the service diffusion process among consumers. By using the proposed agent-based network model, this study reveals information propagation process on SNS and service diffusion process on company networks.
