Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study focused on water resources as one of the renewable resources, and investigated the effects of international trade on water resources by using worldwide macro-level dataset. Specifically, we consider trade-induced scale, technique, and composition effects on water resources. Our result implies that international trade can reduce the degree of water consumption on world average.
