This research purpose is to deploy a learning support adapting to any types of freshers so as to encourage a e-Portfolio learning. In order to make sure the method to support any types of the learners adaptively, I proceed the learners are clustered into a several small groups based on each learning types, and apply the adequate supports to such a small group. As a method to cluster by similar type of learners, I focused on the Felders' learning style model. The learners were clustered into a several groups based on the Felders' learning style. I looked at variation of e-Portfolio learning skills in each of clustered groups. The questionnaire was developed for measuring improvement of e-Portfolio learning skills owing to the supports in each of the clustered group.
