Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed new Nordic Walking exercise to prevent and improve the osteoporosis by three dimensional motion analysis system . In addition, we verified the actual Nordic Walking effect in community dwelling adult women. Finally, we clarified that new Nordic Walking exercise improved bone mineral density.
