I compared Japan's system to that of Germany in regards to State Redress system. From a citizen's right-to-aid point of view, the extent of aid is expanding in Germany. Although Japan does have a right-to-aid system in place for its citizens, its scope is limited by judicial precedents and applications, in comparison to Germany.
