Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Cross-Border Surrogacy has become an emerging global issue. It raises difficult questions concerning the balance between public policy considerations and the child’s welfare that need further discussion. There is currently no international consensus on surrogacy, but in order to create a multilateral instrument to implement common rules and standards shared by all State Parties, it is important to identify first their points of agreement and negotiate their points of disagreement.
