Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to clarify the management for maintaining the international competitiveness of Japanese companies in the progress of open innovation. In order to achieve this purpose, we focused on Japanese videogame industry. By survey of online game development companies, in order to continuously improve the quality by updates, organizational capability for development management are required. By survey of industrial cluster of videogame development companies in Fukuoka city, accumulation of know-how to master the general development support software are required. From these results, we found competitive advantage of Japanese companies which have organizational capability that has been a strength of Japanese companies, and utilize it to master the technology made of foreign companies and available within the progress of open innovation.
