Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have developed a oxoporphyrinogen derivative, which can be available as NMR chiral solvating agent of various chiral molecules. NMR split of oxoporphyrinogen has linear relationship between enantiomeric excess % of chiral molecules. Based on theoretical calculations, we proved that chiral sensing is based on magnetic anisotropy induced by chiral molecule, and also average of the anisotropy upon fast exchange equilibrium.
