Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, I aim at a development of novel drug delivery system using DNA. I used 4’-thio DNA instead of natural DNA to increase the biological stability. I carried out an optimization of enzymatic synthesis of 4’-thio DNA and fundamental study of SELEX to obtain 4’-thio DNA aptamer.
