Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed a Bronsted acid-promoted arene-ynamide cyclization to construct the 3H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]quinolines. This methodology enabled facile access to marinoquinolines A and C and aplidiopsamine A. Futhermore, we now develop the efficient medium ring heterocycles with ynamides catalyzed by a Bronsted Acid. We investigate to apply this methodology to the total synthesis of complex molecules for a medicinal chemistry.
