Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is well known that lysophosphatidylserine (LysoPS) has stimulating activity on mast cells. Although several studies suggested the presence of specific target for LysoPS on mast cells, the molecule remains to be identified. In this study, we analysed the responses of TRP channels to LysoPS and found that TPRV1 responds to LysoPS.
