Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We found that ARID1A expression was downregulated in 42 of 80 follicular lymphoma specimens, in contrast, ARID1A was lost in 11 of 16 duodenal follicular lymphoma. This result suggested that molecular mechanism or etiology of duodenal follicular lymphoma would be much different to that to nodal follicular lymphoma.
