Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to investigate the mechanisms of budding formation in colon cancer lymph node metastasis, colon cancer specimens which shows budding were collected, and examined the metastasis-related molecule; podoplanin expression by immunohistochemistry. Podoplanin was expressed at the budding site and active fibroblast.
