Outline of Final Research Achievements

IPS-1 is found as an adaptor molecule that is necessary for induction of innate immunity. We found "domain 2" is the essential region that controls the activation of IPS-1 and suggest the model of IPS-1 activation. Now we are preparing the paper to be published.
