Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, I have investigated previous international agreements on data sharing as well as policies for genomic-data sharing in leading countries, and thus categorized practical methods and rules in data sharing policies. Furthermore, I have identified some ethical, legal and social issues related to data sharing, in particular, the identifiability of anonymized genomic data, and proposed some approaches to manage the identifiability.
