Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The present study demonstrated that in astrocyte-specific Rac1 knockout mice the recovery of the motor function after spinal cord injury was enhanced and reactive astrocyte around injury decreased. Knockdown of Rac1 expression in LN229 cells decreased cell migration and proliferation.
