Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The present study demonstrated that sciatic nerve constriction (CCI) induced the decrease of GABAergic tonic current and GABAARs δ subunit expression in spinal dorsal horn. Improved understanding of GABAARs δ subunit may facilitate development of more effective treatment strategies for neuropathic pain.
