Outline of Final Research Achievements

We made athma model of rats by ovalbumin. With asthma attack, rats volatiled whether oxygen or sevoflurane. After asthma attacks every 2 days for 2weeks, we extracted trachea and lung. we measured the strength of contruction of trackea ring. And we evaluated whether tracheal remodering was established.
We compared the stage of tracheal remodering of each group.
