| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis has a tendency of recurrence after the surgery. We classified the patients who had the surgery as good prognosis group, steroid effectiveness group, and steroid resistance group. In steroid resistance group, mucosal eosinophil count and IL-5 mRNA tended to higher, but significantly difference. In addition, the measurement of nasal FeNO may be an effective tool that assess the sinus mucosa condition during postoperative period.
