Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study aims for identification of the tumor suppressive microRNA which is available for clinical application as new nucleic acid medicine contributing to cancer personalized medicine.
We transfected synthetic double strand miRNA library into NA,SKN3 oral squamous cell carcinoma cell lines and RT7 immortalization cell line derived from an oral mucosa epithelium .As a result, we recognized cytostasis activity in a cancer cell lines and picked miRNA not to accept on RT7.We perform analysis about the identification of target molecules and the molecular mechanism.
