Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study demonstrates that Brachyury knockdown reduces invasiveness and chemoresistance and radioresistance of Cancer stem cells in vivo. Therefore, Brachyury knockdown may be a useful therapeutic tool for sensitizing Cancer stem cells to conventional chemoradiotherapy.
