Outline of Final Research Achievements

When water soluble fullerene for osteoarthritis. Water soluble fullerene for osteoarthritis. Occurrence in the culture medium, there was a tendency to suppress cell proliferation in the high Concentration range. When inflammatory cytokines in the culture supernatant measured by ELISA, not observed in inflammatory synovial cells in comparison normal and synovial membrane cells and inflammatory synovial cells. Inflammatory effect by inducing inflammation due to mechanical stress etc. on normal cells, anti-inflammatory effect in tissues in animal experiments and metabolism of fullerene.
