Outline of Final Research Achievements

Nurse's work life balance policy is only childbearing and child-rearing support.
Almost no support which made a nurse besides the childbearing child-rearing period the subject aims. A work life balance policy for all members of organization has been introduced in a domestic and abroad general enterprise.
It's also necessary to be considering work life balance policy for more targets in the nursing organizations.
