Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research aims to figure out the emergence process and characteristics of social network between men and women in rural areas. The dynamic process of social networking has been analyzed based on documents and interviews on decision making in research areas. This result shows that the social network between women and men has been developed and then it enables rural women to join smoothly the decision-making process in the rural area. Moreover, It suggest that the organizational culture created in this network gradually spread in the whole rural society.
