Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We found several novel tyrosine kinase fusion genes in colorectal cancer using a histopathology-based screening system. We analyzed clinicopathological data and other gene mutations in colorectal cancers with the identified fusion genes. We are investigating tumorigenicity and drug sensitivity of the identified fusion genes.
