Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Dysregulation of immune response plays important roles in the pathogenesis of IBD. To understand the role of T cells in IBD, we focused on the function of T cell specific genes (ISC1~13) in the development and function of T cells. We newly identified 4 candidate proteins that can associate with ISC4 in T cells.
