The German adult guardianship was newly started in 1992 too and guardianship,especialy the voluntary guuardianship.has been regularly utilized preceding the Japanese one.This article therefore reviewed in perspective the German social security system supporting the voluntary guardianship and analyzed its effective use,raising seneral application-associated issues of the Japanese adult guardianship alongside.
In Germany,new adult guardianship went into effect as aprogram to complement the Pflegeversicherung together with structural changes of social security system.We should be in a hurry to set up a support system particularly for civilian guadians.
