Outline of Final Research Achievements	Building on new research published in French, this research has led to a comparative study of recent Japanese court rulings published in the Hogakkai legal studies annals of Tokyo Metropolitan University. Further, this study has resulted in the co-authorship of a commented compilation of court rulings scheduled for publication in June 2015.
