Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We aim to elucidate mechanism of antibody-mediated rejection in xenogeneic or allogeneic transplantation and develop the therapy in order to overcome chronic antibody-related rejection which is the most important issue in transplantation. We are now approaching establishment of the humanized mouse model during this period (①severe immunodeficient mice lacking Gal and NeuGc Ag, ②severe immunodeficient mice having human immune cells)
