Outline of Final Research Achievements

My results suggest that most of the mid-career nurses of mentor was a nurse. Mentoring by nurses increase the job satisfaction of mid-career nurses. Mentoring by nurses can promote intention to continue working. Mid-career nurses have a role as a mentor.
