| Outline of Research at the Start |
住民基本台帳や住民税課税記録などの地方自治体の行政業務記録を匿名化したデータを用いて、(1) 出産前後の女性の収入変化の計測や保育所整備・子育て支援政策との関係、(2) いわゆる「年収の壁」と既婚女性の人的資本形成、(3) 在職老齢年金制度と高齢男性の労働供給、(4) 介護保険導入・拡大による雇用創出と地域労働市場への影響の４つのテーマを設定し、実証分析を行う。
