| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は国際的な事例研究とその比較を通じて、変革する力としてのレジリエンス（変革的レジリエンス）の概念の定式化を行い、定量評価のための道筋を構築することを目的としている。本研究は，フィールドワークと横断的な質問紙調査により①変革的レジリエンスがいうところの「変革」とは一体何か、②どのようなコミュニティの特性や政策介入が変革を促進するのか、③変革的レジリエンスを外形的に評価するための指標は何があり得るのか、を明らかにする。これによって，新たな時代に適応したレジリエンスの定量的評価に向けた道筋を構築することをめざす．
