Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、経（たて）糸と緯（よこ）糸の上下を一本一本制御可能なジャカード織機を活用することで、人間には見えないIDが織り込まれたテキスタイル、ユーザの自然な動作をジェスチャとしてセンシング可能な衣服、外力を考慮しつつ事前に設計した形状へ変形するテキスタイルなどを実現する。これらを達成するため、織りパターンの設計システム、特殊な光学特性・導電性・機械特性などを持つ糸、新たなユーザ体験の3つを研究する。
