Bridging the gap in scale between urban climate and global climate change investigations, the urban effect on meteorology, climatology, and their related hazards across spatial scales (3.5 km, 14 km, 28 km, and 224 km) is investigated using an updated cloud-resolving Global Climate Model (NICAM).
