Outline of Research at the Start

There is a notable lack of studies examining the influence of geopolitical factors, such as the impact of international sanctions on foreign banks. This study aims to fill this gap by quantitatively and qualitatively investigating the impacts of such factors on banks with foreign capital participation operating in Russia. In particular, we aim to investigate market exits and strategic adaptations of banks with foreign capital participation. This research will help develop novel international business theories of market adaptations of banks with foreign capital participation.
