Outline of Research at the Start

主に基礎自治体レベルを研究対象としながら、学校(教師)・保護者・地域住民・教育行政(職員)、社会教育関係者、子どもの活動等に焦点をあてて、インタビューや資料収集、各種会議や行事等の参与観察等の定性的研究を、4年間の長期的視野で進めていく。一連の作業を通して、近年普及傾向の地域教育政策である学校運営協議会制度や地域学校協働活動のみならず、中学校区毎に総合・代表・地域コーディネーターが複数名配置され,学校(特に教職員)と連携しながら事業の企画・立案・運営を行い、合意形成を図る「地域教育協議会」等、複数の施策、取り組みの関連を明らかにする。
