Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，音楽科教師の専門性としての「学び続ける力=自身の音楽科教育観や音楽観を通時的にアンラーニングしていく力」を，複線径路等至性アプローチ(TEA)による音楽科教師へのインタビューによって描き出しモデル化することを目的とする。「音楽」という現象の定義不可能性に依拠して「学び続ける力」の実態を論じることは，教員養成や教員研修のあり方に対して有用な示唆を与えることにつながる。
