本研究は、強力な生物活性を持つダフナンジテルペン類の効率的供給を目指し、ジエノンへの光照射による骨格転位反応を活用した新規5/7/6員環構築法を確立する。得られた中間体から高酸化度類縁体を網羅的に合成し、未踏天然物群の創薬シード化合物としての可能性を切り拓く。
