Outline of Research at the Start	我々は、重症筋無力症に対する治療薬開発に繋がる筋特異的受容体チロシンキナーゼの活性化剤の開発研究を行ってきた。我々が作成したリードタンパク質Cは、モデルマウスを使用した動物実験において薬効を示したが、体内動態を改善する必要がある事も明らかとなった。そこで本研究では、本リードタンパク質Cの構造改変を通じて体内動態の改善ができないか検討する。
