Outline of Research at the Start

糖鎖抗原であるCA125は近年心不全の予後予測因子としての有用性や前負荷の指標となることが期待されている。しかし、心不全診療において前負荷の客観的指標である中心静脈圧とCA125値の関連について調査した研究は未だなく、本邦における予後予測の有用性に関する報告もない。本申請研究では心不全に対する血中CA125値の予後予測の有用性及び前負荷との関連を後ろ向き及び前向きのコホート研究により解明する。既に予後調査が終了しているレジストリー研究の凍結保存血清を用いてCA125値の予後予測の有用性を調査し、新たな前向き登録研究にて心不全におけるCA125値と中心静脈圧やその他前負荷指標との関連を調査する。
