Outline of Research at the Start

術後や受傷後の早期リハビリテーションは、ICU入室患者の長期臥床に伴う合併症発症予防のため、世界的にその重要性が認識され、本邦でも積極的に導入が進められている。本研究では、ICU早期リハビリテーション中における看護師、理学療法士、ICU医師の視線データを収集し、臨床判断を行っていく上で各職種がどの情報に集中しているかを定量化する。さらに、視線移動による情報獲得量を測定することで各職種の情報収集プロセスの効率性と職種特性を抽出する。これらの知見を基に、遠隔教育・国際比較にも応用可能なビジュアルトレーニング教材を開発し、ICUリハビリテーションの安全性と効果を向上させることを目指す。
