Outline of Research at the Start	我が国の高齢化社会の進展に伴い、高齢者の介護予防、QOL維持は重要な健康課題である。健康日本21（第三次）では、新たに骨粗鬆症検診受診率向上が目標として盛り込まれた。骨粗鬆症や骨折による健康障害の予防のためにハイリスク者を早期に同定することは重要である一方、現状の保健指導や普及啓発活動では、性差や年齢を考慮した内容となっていない。本研究は、疫学的アプローチにより骨密度低下に関する危険因子の抽出と優先順位の確定を行い、骨粗鬆症予防や骨密度低下予防のための普及啓発内容・方法を強化することを目的とする。
