Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，グループホーム入所中の認知症高齢者のアパシーの認識と必要なケアを明らかにし，アパシーケアモデルを構築する。本研究では，文献検討およびグループホームに入所中の認知症高齢者と職員を対象とするインタビュー調査を実施し，アパシーに対する認識と必要なケアを明らかにする。さらに，その結果に基づいて，グループホームにおける認知症高齢者のアパシーケアモデルを作成する。本研究で開発するアパシーケアモデルをグループホームで用いることにより，職員が認知症高齢者のアパシーを認識し，必要なケアを日常生活援助の中で実践する一助になると考えている。
