Outline of Research at the Start

前十字靱帯（ACL）再建術後の再損傷は大きな問題であり、組織学・力学的に強度が高い大腿四頭筋腱（QT）の使用が再損傷予防となりえる。しかし、QT採取後に膝伸展筋力の回復に難渋する症例が多いため、移植腱へのメカニカルストレスが増加する可能性がある。そこで本研究の目的は、再損傷が発生するスポーツ復帰後の着地動作時の下肢筋活動および再建靱帯へのメカニカルストレスを医工連携にて明らかにし、QTを用いたACL再建術後の再損傷予防プログラムを考案、確立することである。本研究の波及効果はQTを用いたACL再建術後の安全なスポーツ復帰の促進および再断裂リスクの低下に繋がることを期待する。
