Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、ホルモン治療未経験のトランスジェンダー男性（TM）を対象に、国内未承認の長期作用型テストステロン製剤による治療の有効性と安全性を検証するものである。海外製剤を輸入し、3カ月ごとに筋肉内注射を行い、治療開始前および3、6、9、12カ月後に身体診察、独自作成の満足度質問票（全体的満足度、月経停止、低声化、体格変化、体毛増加、性機能・性欲の変化評価）、体組成計測、血液検査を実施する。主要評価項目は患者自身の自覚症状および満足度であり、副次的に体組成や生化学検査値を解析し、多血症、肝機能障害、脂質異常症、心血管疾患などの有害事象の有無と重症度を評価する。
