Outline of Research at the Start

哲学の重要な目的は、概念の分析ではなく、概念工学、すなわち、概念の改訂や新しい概念による古い概念の置換であるという考え方が、近年注目を集めている。本研究は、概念工学に関する先行研究をふまえ、①哲学はどの程度まで概念工学の営みとして理解できるのか、②概念はどのように変化するのか、③われわれはどのような概念をどのように改変する必要があるのか、④概念工学はどのような方法で行われるべきか、といった問いに対する答えを明らかにし、概念工学の実践のための基礎理論を確立することを目的とする。
