Outline of Research at the Start

GAFA等のデジタルプラットフォーマーが引き起こす諸課題が顕在化する中、従来の倫理学の議論はそれらの課題に取り組むための有効な視点を提供しえていない。本研究では、よきPFを形成するためにどのような法的・倫理的規範が必要か、またそれに対して与えられるべき理論的基盤はどのようなものかについて、倫理学と法学双方の観点から検討する。
